A Jingle Jangle

There is a strange noise coming from inside the engine itself. I'm pretty sure something came loose due to the bike vibrating like a dryer. It sounds like its in the carburetor, and I'm pretty sure that the same noise is affecting the throttle. Ever since the sound started happening the engine stalls out when I pull the throttle back.
