The breaks on the frame do not work at all. I tried to replace the pads, and I tightened the actual cable, I even replaced the cables but that didn't seem to work. So now I think the best course of action would be to purchase a small disk break that would work with the frame. I prefer a disk break to a classic break just for the fact that it would be easier to install. The frame wouldnt work with a normal bike break system so I would have to weld it/drill the spots out and bolt it in. The disk break will work much easier and will probably have more friction and allow me to stop sooner and safer at high speeds.
