Throwing science at the wall

After inspecting the frame I have realized that it needs some basic repairs. The back breaks need to be fixed, the gear cable needs to be moved, the front breaks need to be removed, the cup holder needs to be removed, the chain needs to be replaced, and the entire frame needs to be sprayed down due to the huge amount of rust found on the gears, chain, and breaks.
